Axis Connect held its first fundraiser!

It was an honor to be surrounded by family and friends at this wonderful event, held at the Tudyk residence in the Hollywood Hills. It was a perfect afternoon with live performances, deliciious food, drinks, an auction hosted by the always hilarious Alan Tudyk, and a personal moment with the Barton sisters who they shared their passion for Axis Connect and how it has, in just two years, improved the paths of so many dancers. At this inaugural event, we raised close to $10,000 in scholarship funds.

In 2018 we aim to raise $50,000 in scholarship funds. Two weeks of tuition is less than $2000 per dancer. Dancers who benefit the most from Axis Connect cannot afford to attend. Our scholarship fund is key to solving this problem.

Many of our 2016/17 dancers have been employed as a direct result of the program, working with Barton Movement, Sonya Tayeh, Hamilton: An American Musical, Damiani Dance, The Mowgli's, Sarah Elgart, Hashtag, You're It and on various ad campaigns, music videos and more. Several of our dancers are now represented by some of the most influential agents in the industry in both NYC and Los Angeles.
